I don't know about you, but this winter flat spell is driving me nuts. I guess I shouldn't call it flat, but it's been super small for some time now- that combined with cold weather/water makes me kinda nuts. Maybe I'm getting jaded.

As the magic 8 ball says- Outlook not good.
(though we've got a low moving NE around midweek, and the end of the week shows some volatility too. maybe the forecast will change?)
